The Blind Side is a 2009 American semi-biographical sports drama film. It was written and directed by John Lee Hancock, and based on the 2006 book The Blind Side: Evolution of a Game by Michael Lewis. The Blind Side was a box-office success, grossing over $300 million. The film was well received by critics, who praised Sandra Bullock's performance. Bullock went on to win the Academy Award for Best Actress, as well as the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role. The film also received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture.

 

Synopsis

This movie tells a black children who live in an area that could be considered ghetto blacks. This child has a life that is far from happy. Having a family filled with problems and pressures make the child be quiet and idiot. Yes this child's everyday life is simply silent and aloof, but the only one that makes children happy that sport. Until one day the child is taken by one of his family to a school to continue his studies were delayed. However, the school does not want to accept this child because he has a poor record in terms of the value of his IQ was below normal children usually. However, there is a teacher at this school who saw this kid has potential in the field of sports and persuade the school to accept it. And finally this child was accepted to the school. Upon entering the school, the child's daily life was the same as usual, silent and just quietly without doing and thinking. First day of school, the child is already in sodori exam papers of the teacher, and the result is a big zero. This kid did not do the exam and just put the name in the column named "Michael Oher". Yes, the name of this son of Michael Oher but they call him Big Mike.

In one day on a trip somewhere not know where, Big Mike met with a white family that was passing right in the same way. Precisely Tuohy family. Moral Value

This film reminds us that every human being is inseparable from all its shortcomings. Whether it is physical or mental deficiency on. Shortcomings that make us desperate. And at that moment, the warmth of love is the drug of perceived pain. Sometimes we think that we are weak and can not do anything. Sometimes just feeling stupid and idiot arise in our hearts. not confident inhibit the purpose of life and creativity there. But believe me that all the flavor was nothing in us. Which creates a feeling it was our own, which was stunted, stupid and could not do anything.

Everyone has the potential in them respectively.

 

ourselves are trying to remove this potential, with a variety of ways and means that can generate potential. Never say I can not, I do stupid,,,, because God never created a person in such circumstances. Confidence and high confidence will make all the potential in us presents itself.
